Overview:
We frequently work with clients to combine our services to form extended practice support programmes.
Extended support programmes can be delivered:
- To whole practice teams seeking a comprehensive change programme
- As a “train the champion”/“train the trainer” programme where we upskill specific groups within your practice or organisation to effect change from within.
We work with practice leaders to select a combination of topics most pertinent to your workplace to form monthly themed “modules”.
Modules can be combined with regular observation days and group/individual coaching, DISC profiling and safety culture surveys. With our extended support programmes, the choice really is yours!
Cost, structure and contents are discussed in detail during our initial planning with your leadership team and tailored to fit your bespoke requirements.
Who is this suitable for?
Practice teams or Small groups within a practice/hospital
Service classification:
Practices & teams, corporate organisations
Length:
6-12m+ programmes

Wow, what a conversation starter!
The VetLed Civility training was very impactful really focusing in on how our behaviour towards each other affects patient care. VetLed presented theory and hard-hitting stories but also left our team with a system of tackling incivility practice-wide. This course fitted the bill, Thank You!

“The practical day was so helpful. Cat and Sara created an extremely safe environment and were so kind, patient and understanding. Everyone in my group commented on how they felt they could be completely open and share mistakes, silly questions etc.”

‘I was hesitant about it being all virtual and how engaging it would feel, however the tech has been easy to navigate and I haven't had any issues. The networking session was run really well and I enjoyed the opportunity for discussion.‘

‘Loved every moment. Every session was excellent and engaging. It was energising and encouraging to feel part of just a vibrant community creating change in the profession. Still lots of talks to go through on catch up! No real suggestions as everything was just great.’

“In a busy multi-disciplinary referral hospital like ours, Human Factors plays a key role in team dynamics, staff wellbeing, and ultimately patient care. The support of VetLed has been invaluable in improving our knowledge in this area.
The VetLed team worked with colleagues from across the hospital over an extended period, using observations, frameworks, tools, and techniques that we can take forward on our Human Factors improvement journey.
We are grateful for the support of VetLed and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.”

“I just wanted to drop you both a note to say, thank you for the sessions you ran for us this and last week. The feedback from our teams has been overwhelmingly positive. The sessions were well delivered, engaging and very useful! It has definitely triggered a couple of other projects we would like to implement later in the year.”
