All the talks I watched on Thursday were amazing, but I especially enjoyed the importance of non-clinical skills development in university and EMS. It was really refreshing and empowering to watch these incredibly inspirational women speak about their journeys to get to where they are now. It was truly eye-opening and awe-inspiring.

The VetLed Civility training was very impactful really focusing in on how our behaviour towards each other affects patient care.  VetLed presented theory and hard-hitting stories but also left our team with a system of tackling incivility practice-wide.  This course fitted the bill, Thank You!

“Training and understanding of how the brain works has encouraged people to be braver and speak out. Staff understand it is better to talk to each other rather than harbour resentment. There is now an overall improvement in tolerance and respect towards each other, particularly where there had been previous issues. People are more confident to suggest ideas and more willing to listen.”
