‘The practical day was so helpful. Cat and Sara created an extremely safe environment and were so kind, patient and understanding. Everyone in my group commented on how they felt they could be completely open and share mistakes, silly questions etc.’

FAQs
Coaching and therapy both offer personal support but differ in focus and approach. Coaching is future-focused, helping individuals set goals, improve performance, and develop skills in specific areas such as leadership, communication or decision-making. It is action-oriented and although may cover topics that have an impact on our wellbeing or risk of burnout, does not address mental health issues directly. Therapy, on the other hand, is past and present-focused, dealing with emotional distress, trauma, and mental health challenges using clinical methods such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) or psychoanalysis.
Our coaching is usually delivered online and will be booked as either 60 or 90 minutes sessions, depending on the needs of the client and availability. We typically book a block of sessions, between 3 and 10 at a time. If coaching is being delivered as part of another service such as our Leadership Programme, we will book each session to coincide with the respective part of each module. Please note that all coaching services are optional and not included as standard in any of our programmes.
Absolutely! All of our coaches adhere to a strict confidentiality policy, the only exception for which would be for the safety of the client or anyone else referenced, however this would be discussed and agreed upon prior to any sessions commencing.
