"The VetLed Leadership Programme has been an invaluable resource for our leadership team, helping us explore our individual strengths and challenges while aligning our leaders towards a common goal. From the first session, we noticed a difference in confidence with leadership decisions, using tools that prioritize people and foster a healthy and sustainable practice culture.
Their supportive and engaging course leaders provide real-life insight into veterinary practice and create an environment where the team feels encouraged to speak up in group sessions.
I would highly recommend VetLed for any team that understands the importance of their people and the team culture in creating success.”

“The team have become much more aware of how incivility can affect us and our performance and in general the team are more inclined to discuss this amongst themselves and some team members have grown in confidence to approach peers and deliver feedback when they have perceived someone to be uncivil.”

FAQs
In addition to running courses for organisations, we also run open leadership programmes so that individuals can sign up. We will announce the dates for upcoming programmes throughout the year.
The programme consists of 8 modules, each lasting 4-5 weeks. A module requires about 3.5-4hrs (additional time for any coaching that is requested). The live session with the VetLed team is 45 minutes and is booked in advance. The other components of the module can be completed at your own pace each month.
Most of the content can be done in your own time as it is recorded, self-reflection or paired work. The live workshop (and coaching if applicable) is the only session in each module that is live. Whilst we strongly encourage participants to attend all of these live sessions, if one or two are missed, this would not adversely impact the ability to continue the programme.
Paired sessions provide the opportunity to apply the module content intentionally with another person in your team/group. Furthermore, the paired sessions are intentionally designed to help you start to practise the leadership skills learnt that month with each other. You will be provided with a framework and guidelines for these sessions. For practices undertaking the programme, we encourage the pairings a) to mix job roles (eg client care/vet; VN/PCA) and b) vary who is paired in each monthly session. This enables cross-role learning and maximises impact.
